Lance and Dawn

After looking at different builders for 12 months we were shown a Desire Home at Providence. We then made an appointment to view a home by Desire that had yet to be completed. After looking at several of their already completed properties and talking to Joel we decided Desire Homes was by far the best building company for us.

We had meetings with Joel who was always on time and willing to offer options and choices. The high standard of all trades was second to none. Looking around all the building sites ours was always cleaned at the end of the day showing the pride in workmanship.

Both Joel and Fiona answered any questions promptly that we had.

Everything included is definitely the way to go with all driveway and landscaping included.

We will in the future if we move, build with Joel and Fiona. I have already recommended them to people as I work in the local area and will continue too.
